News Editor - Ken Wu

The topdog of the newsroom, the News Editor is co-ordinates the articles and issues highlighted in each edition of the publication. Entrusted with the task of prioritising stories, this is a role that requires keen intuition and understanding of what the audience is likely to find the most interesting out of the buffet of editorials provided in each issue. Hence, it is natural to expect the News Editor to be revised on current issues, and have an ear close to the ground on potential news. Furthermore, the role also requires an active involvement in the refining of the pertinent articles of each issue. Thus, the front page of the newspaper is very much the News Editor’s domain.
